The Toy and Action Figure Museum opened its doors in 2005 and has since been recognized as one of Time Magazine’s ‘Top 50 Most Authentic American Experiences.’ It has made Pauls Valley, Oklahoma a destination city as the world’s first museum devoted to the art and sculpting of action figures.
Visitors can browse through the informational exhibits and colorful displays while reminiscing on childhood memories of their favorite action figures. The Oklahoma Cartoonists Collection features published artists and writers from Oklahoma who were involved with popular characters such as Dick Tracy. Thousands of action figures cover every inch of the “Collector’s Bedroom” diorama with toys added each week to ensure there’s always something new to see at the Toy and Action Figure Museum!
