My first visit to Turner Falls
Davis, Okla. is a hot spot for summer activities and novice photographers. The latter is obviously my personal addition. With my limited knowledge of photography and my Canon 7D, I was pretty pleased with the outcome of the images.
Turner Falls Park, Oklahoma’s oldest park, is home to Oklahoma’s largest waterfall. Walking through the park, I found myself longing for summer. Although this was my first trip, it was easy to imagine family adventures and tiny humans playing in the water.
If I didn’t know any better, I would say my excitement for my outdoor office has transformed me into a poetic writer of sorts. Honestly, I’m not usually the girl who embraces tendencies of channeling my emotions, but with this space as my frontier, I’m losing any street cred I once had.
It’s gone. Forever.
I’m officially in love with my job and Chickasaw Country.
