Big hearts are a big deal in Purcell. Lovingly nicknamed “The Heart of Oklahoma” it’s no surprise that our latest Flavors of Chickasaw Country stop, The Rusty Knot is home to some people with some mighty big love for their restaurant, their patrons and their town.

Daily specials, community events, and open mic night are just a few of the reasons folks keep returning to the Rusty Knot. The excellent customer service and delicious food doesn’t hurt either – I recommend Janet’s Coconut Chicken Salad!

Bonus: It’s not a bad jaunt from Oklahoma City to Purcell, and it’s centrally located off of I-35 so it’s a prime stop during travels!
