Located just 10 minutes away from Main Street Tishomingo in Oklahoma, Blue Acres Ranch is the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends, family or both! With access to 160 acres and four ponds, there is something for everyone. Whether you enjoy relaxing in a hammock with a book by the pond, sitting by the campfire and gazing at the stars, fishing, hiking or paddle boarding, Blue Acres Ranch has it all.
Enjoy catch & release fishing at four private ponds. Beck's Big Pond is over 3 ½ acres and located just feet from the house. It is stocked with bass, channel catfish, bluegill and crappie. Watch them hit the water at the feeder nightly. If you want to try your luck at one of the smaller ponds, hike over to Saylor's Hidden River, Mommy's Pond or Rose Pond. There is a canoe, paddle board, paddle boat, kayaks, kids kayak and kids paddle boards available for plenty of fun on the water! The majority of the main pond is over 12 feet deep so life jackets are provided and always recommended.
If you are looking to spend the night under the stars, hike over to Campy's Campground, a hidden campsite in the woods perfect for a secluded camping experience. Guests are able to view the scenery and wildlife from here or the porch as there are wildlife feeders located on the ranch that attract animals including deer! There are hiking and running trails available including Cedar Loop and Whisky Trail. Guests also love to pick pecans from Granny's Pecan Tree or Daddy's Pecan Tree. Also, if scheduling permits, there are hay rides to partake in across the ranch.
Game are available in the cabin and on the yard. Yard options include Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Hookey and other yard games. There are over 20 board/card games available as well for those looking to have fun inside or on the porch! Kids love to spend hours digging, exploring and building in the huge sandbox that includes multiple sand toys.
