Located on the premises of the Chickasaw Cultural Center, The Aaimpa' ('a place to eat') Café offers guests a variety of appetizers, entrées, children’s meals and desserts! Visitors can taste traditional First American food like fry bread, buffalo burgers, venison stew, Indian tacos, salmon, pulled pork stacks; pashofa, a traditional Chickasaw corn soup; or grape dumplings, a classic dessert. The campus Spiral Garden provides vegetables for many of the menu items, so each dish is fresh and authentic. Group dining is also available with orders placed at least 48 hours in advance.
