Honey Pecan Pie for the Holidays!

This was a simple and tasty pie that is sure to please this holiday season. All you need is Clover Bloom Honey from the Ross Honey Company in Minco.

Here's what you need for this pie!
1 c. Honey
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla (or if you're like me splash a little extra)
1 T. melted and cooled butter
Pastry Crust
Line pie pan with pastry crust and chill while preparing filling. Beat eggs. Beat in honey, vanilla, melted butter, and salt. Add nuts. Bake 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of the filling comes out clean, using a hot over (400 degrees) for the first 10 minutes, 300 degrees for the next 20 minutes, and 250 degrees for the last 10 minutes!
